The work began in 1953 through small works to later reach today as one of the largest educational units in the country. This place reached is under the continuous direction of the Cistercian Community.

Start and development of the educational unit
Although in 1953 with the arrival of Mother Eduviges Eckert from Germany, she began her work of service in our country. According to the Opening Act of 1964, the emergence of a school with the following furniture begins; 7 large tables, 4 small tables, 6 long benches, 2 tables and 2 chairs for teachers, 6 small chairs, 1 cabinet, 2 blackboards, 1 bell and 1 large picture of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
