The Scientific Institute of Higher Education in Xalapa was created out of necessity. When I worked in the United States, there was a physical rehabilitation area, because when a person has a muscle or spinal injury or chronic pain, physical rehabilitation is required. In his specialty, phlebology also requires rehabilitation. When he arrived in Mexico and looked for rehabilitators to complement his work, he realized that they did not exist, at least not specialized in the area he required, which is why the Institute of which he is Rector was founded.
At the level of the federation of private universities, recognition has been granted at the doctorate level for the work carried out.
